Employers will leave Russians without fitness and medical insurance
In the next year, employees are unlikely to be able to control the “goodies” from their companies.
About 10% of companies in Russia are significantly reducing or cutting bonuses for their employees next year. Izvestia writes about this after reviewing the survey data from the Rabota.ru and SberPodbor services.
The troublesome edition is that currently only 71% of employers offer additional benefits. At the same time, in 2023, 7% of companies are reducing their number, and another 2% are completely striving. For example, bonuses that will be reduced in the coming year include bonus payments, labor costs, as well as corporate events, discounts on education, food costs, as well as voluntary health insurance and fitness classes.
Tatyana Moshchagina, head of internal communications and employer branding at Rabota.ru, told Izvestia that organizations that invest in additional bonuses for employees achieve significant results, since additional non-material motivation is found in employee loyalty.
At the same time, the All-Russian Research Institute of Labor is of the opinion that bonuses are one of the main factors when choosing an employer, especially with an equal salary. In the current environment, employees often choose to assume expectant suspicions and do not change the work they do in the organization. According to the institute, employers, if they have financial opportunities, raise salaries and wages, and do not expand the bonus system.
Notepad had previously heard that most Russians were probably refuse New Year’s bonuses. In case of occurrence, two-thirds (63%) of the employers surveyed admit: this year they will not accumulate additional money for their subordinates. It turned out that compared to last year, New Year’s bonuses will increase twice as rarely. This follows from the results of a survey of the services “Rabota.ru” and “SberPodbor” – their RBC contact.
At the same time, 37% of the surveyed employers said that they plan to increase their annual bonus with their income.
Deputy General Director of Rabota.ru Alexander Veterkov said in an interview with reporters that, if necessary, it is possible to reduce the number of employers willing to increase the annual bonus, as they are faced with optimization or reduction of budgets.
Rahne Notepad reports that state budget management bodies for organizing New Year’s corporations by an average of 20% to the previous level. Such statistics, based on the results of a survey of market participants, were announced by the National Association of Event Organizers (NAOM).
According to RBC, in the first week after the start of the partial mobilization of events, half faced a wide spread of events. According to forecasts, under protection – the cancellation of three New Year’s events.
According to NAOM, at present there are practically no participants in large entertainment New Year’s corporate parties on the market. At the same time, the fees of stand-up artists and comedians for participation in such corporations were held almost twice a year: today they range from 600 thousand to 1 million rubles per event.
