A week for everyone
Events are announced throughout the week and will be accessible to everyone, and more particularly to people with disabilities. As the town hall of Toulouse explains, this first edition of the Villes pour tous Festival is a continuation of the Cities & Handicap Meetings which has existed for more than ten years in Toulouse.
Note that throughout the year, there is a whole annual program. Its but being to be able to have fun above all, while raising awareness. Participants can then discover handisport, do blind wine tastings, visit sound and olfactory exhibitions, discover tactile workshops, see shows in sign language… Everyone is invited.
In terms of raising awareness, conferences, workshops and forums will be organized for everyone. Individuals and professionals could then discuss many questions such as: “How to think of the city differently? To make society more inclusive? What is a dys disorder and how does it manifest? Learn sign language, it’s easy ?”.
