Portugal holds its first training session in Qatar this Saturday

Portugal’s debut in group H is scheduled for November 24, against Ghana, before facing Uruguay, on November 28, and Paulo Bento’s South Korea, on December 2.
This Saturday, the Portuguese national team will hold their first training session in Qatar, where coach Fernando Santos should have all 26 squads available, in order to prepare for their debut at the 2022 Mundial, against Ghana, on Thursday.
After the Portuguese delegation arrived in Doha on Friday night, the first preparation of the team from the corners in Qatar is scheduled for 5:30 pm (2:30 pm in Lisbon), at Centro Treinos Al-Shahaniya SC, and will be preceded by a conference press with a player to be designated, from 17:00 (14:00).
Striker Cristiano Ronaldo, who missed training on the eve of the victorious friendly against Nigeria (4-0), in Lisbon, as well as the game, due to a stomach upset, will be able to join the group on the pitch.

The 22nd edition of the World Cup starts on Sunday, with the duel between the hosts Qatar and Ecuador, for group A, and ends on December 18th.
