GENOA – After the election of last November 6 which renewed the council of Metropolitan city of Genoa (Read here) powers have been assigned. Eight roles for advisers. The mayor of Genoa Marco Bucci chairs the council of the Metropolitan City of Genoa
The task of the managing directors is to exercise direction, impulse and control functions. In addition, each is the rapporteur of the proposed measures under the jurisdiction of the mayor and the council. In addition to this he also ranked on council commissions and represents the Metropolitan City in institutional relations.
Here are the assigned roles: Antonio Segalerba (Councillor of Chiavari): metropolitan deputy mayor; Charles Gandolfo (mayor of Recco): Budget – Planning; Claudius Garbarino (Councillor of Torriglia): Local public transport and sustainable mobility (including relations with AMT spa) – Strategic plan; Fabrizio Podesta (director of Ne): Integrated water service (aqueduct, sewerage, purification) including relations with Iren and Ireti;
Gabriel Reggiordo (Mayor of Casella): Waste and ecological transition (including relations with AMIU spa and other managers, reforestation, special protection zones, soil protection delegated by the Region); Laura Repetto (Busalla councilor): Schools (school construction and right to study, School sizing plan and training offer), Equal opportunities and Heritage; Franco Senarega (adviser of Recco): Roads, Territorial Planning and support to Municipalities (road maintenance under the responsibility of the Metropolitan City, relations with other road infrastructure managers); George Tasso (adviser of Rapallo): Organization and digital transition.
