Ulpravda – Ulyanovsk region and Belarus set cooperation plans for 2023
The corresponding document was signed by the Governor of the Ulyanovsk Region Alexei Russkikh and the Chairman of the Minsk City Executive Committee Vladimir Kukharev following a meeting of the working group on cooperation in regions and republics on November 18.

There are many plans for the development of tourism, including medical tourism. The results of joint work for 2020-2022 were summed up to build a working group. An action plan was signed for an agreement between the governments of the Ulyanovsk region and the Republic of Belarus on trade, economic, scientific, technical and cultural plans. The document provides for more than 50 guidelines in such areas as industry, construction, healthcare, information technology and innovation, physical education and sports, and is designed for the next two years.
