Marimekko Oyj: Acquisition of own shares on 18 November 2022

Marimekko Oyj (LEI: 74370053IOY42B9YJ350) has on 18 November 2022 acquired its own shares (ISIN FI0009007660) as follows:

On 14 November 2022, Marimekko announced that it would start the acquisition of its own shares based on the authorization given by the annual general meeting on 12 April 2022. Acquired shares can be used in accordance with the authorization given by the general meeting, e.g. the company’s incentive compensation system, transfer to other purposes or cancel. After the announced transactions, Marimekko Oyj holds 52,290 own shares.
