Weather report. Strong winds and thunderstorms announced in the Nord and Pas-de-Calais this Tuesday

Attention, caution remains in order this Tuesday, November 1, 2022 in the North and the Pas de Calais. UN new episode of strong winds indeed announced on the two departments, accompanied by thunderstorms. The two territories are placed on yellow alert by Meteo France.
Return of the wind after a lull
It is especially in the afternoon and evening that the wind will again blow hard on the territory. Yellow vigilance is active from 3 p.m. in Pas-de-Calais and from 6 p.m. in the North.
Ditto for the stormy episode which could be violent locally at night, particularly on the coast. “The weather will be windy and disturbed again in the north”, confirm forecasters from Météo France.
And to detail: “This afternoon, under a very cloudy sky, a regime of showers rages from the Gironde estuary going up towards the Hauts de France, they could be stormy nearby on the Opal Coast. The south-westerly wind is blowing hard: it reaches 60 to 70 km/h inland, up to 80 to 90 on the coast, even 100 in the most exposed places”.
