The All Saints holidays arrived ! And with them its share of animations. The editor draws up a list of what you can do this Sunday October 23, in the Nord and Pas-de-Calais.
Flea markets
You can go nugget hunting this weekend. Various flea markets, toy fairs and more or less targeted sales are spent on the sector. Discover our list for the Northand the one dedicated to Pas-de-Calais.
Exhibitions
Beautiful temporary exhibitions are to be discovered in the museums of the sector, in addition to the usual collections. Note the exhibition “Prayer to touch”which invites you to discover the works by touch, at the Palais des Beaux-arts, “Creatures” at the Museum of Fine Arts in Calais (author of the comic book universe), or even that of the Louvre-Lensdedicated to Egypt and hieroglyphs.
On the Dunkirk side, in addition to the remarkable Frac – Grand Large, Laac and Port Museum structures, a new installation has just made its debut at the Plus (Palace of the Universe and Sciences) in Cappelle-la-Grande. You are invited to (re)discover math, in a way that is both fun and educational.
Family visits
If you are with children, the Natural History Museum in Lille, the Science Forum in Villeneuve-d’Ascq or the Cité Nature in Arras are perfect for family visits. Find out what activities are announced by each structure during All Saints’ Day!
This Sunday, workshops for children are also planned, at the Column of Wimille’s Great Armyin addition to visits, as part of the “Children’s Play Monument” operation.
Brocéliande and knights
The Mysteries of Brocéliande you wait for this last day of the week at the Asnapio Archaeological Park. You will enter a camp at the time of the Knights of the Round Table with the Center de l’Imaginaire Arthurien de Brocéliande. On the program: escape game, storytelling, harp, tournament…
Chocolate and wedding fair
In Tourcoing, gourmets will be happy to learn that there is a chocolate lounge, this week-end. Artisans, tastings and fun activities on the program!
Another notable event: a eco-responsible wedding festivalat La Maillerie.
In Halloween mode
For the arrival of these holidays, during which Halloween will take place, many structures went into “chill” mode. Amusement parks, in particular. You will be able to immerse yourself in this particular atmosphere at Dennlys Parc, in Pas-de-Calais, but also at our Belgian neighbors: in Bellewaerde, Plopsaland or Walibi.
