The new eco – Yunit opens its very first regional agency in Dijon and recruits

at the service of businesses. This group entity Magellan Partners
specializes in IT solutions to support companies in the face of regulatory changes, new technologies, new competition, and the new expectations of both their customers and their employees. It achieves a turnover of more than 5 million euros and counts among its customers large groups such as EDF, Airbus, Total and SNCF. Yunit chose Dijon to open its very first branch in the provinces. Why ? Interview with Cyril Najburg, its managing director.

Yunit settles in Dijon. Why this establishment in Burgundy?
Yunit is a digital company belonging to the Magellan Partners group which was created in 2014. Today, there are 60 employees. Dijon is clearly a city which offers a varied transport offer, very easily accessible from Paris but also from Lyon and above all which has a large university campus, quality engineering schools and also work-study training. in the digital professions. For us, this is the guarantee of being able to recruit the talents we will need to support our growth.
Will it be a physical establishment with offices or rather an opening of a market with a dedicated team?
It’s really about opening offices. We have already started on September 1 in a coworking space located in the center of Dijon. On the ambition to take premises from the beginning of 2023.
Burgundy, is it a sector where you are completely absent or do you already have customers there?
At the level of the Magellan group, on the evidence of customers in the Dijon region, mainly large companies, but also in establishments throughout France. On the other hand, at the level of the Magellan group, we were not physically present in Dijon but at the Yunit level, today, it is the first agency that we are opening in the provinces.
Yunit offers the design and creation of business or IT service portals on the ServiceNow platform. What is it exactly ?
ServiceNow is an American software publisher. It is a platform that automates, simplifies and digitizes all of a company’s processes. So, both the so-called “IT” processes, ie IT, and the business processes. For example, today, in a large company when you hire a new employee who will arrive, there are a certain number of tasks that must be done, and thanks to ServiceNow, we can digitize and automate all of these tasks. .
When you set up in Dijon, how many people do you recruit?
By the end of the year, on the ambition to recruit ten people. We started with three people at the beginning of September and we have three more who will arrive in the coming weeks. The objective is to be at ten people at the end of the year and for the year 2023, on a recruiting plan between fifteen and 20 people in Dijon.
What profiles are you looking for exactly?
Mainly people with digital training. It will be both engineers from engineering schools or university graduates with a bac+5. We will recruit both young graduates who have just left school, whom we will train in our professions and consultants who can be more seasoned, consultants who are both technical and functional, already operational on this software which makes it possible to digitize processes in companies.
What is your view of Côte d’Or businesses? Are they late or in a good average, even at the peak for some?
The majority of companies today in France have accelerated their digital transformation. In large groups, there is overall homogeneity. Some companies are a little ahead, others a little more. And I didn’t see any particular points about businesses in the area, either ahead or behind the rest of our clients.
