THE TOP EVENT
International street food
Bovolone will welcome the 58th stage of the VI edition of International Street Food 2022, the most important street food event in Italy. Art, science, nature and ecosystem emergency. On the occasion of the XVIII Day of the Contemporary, climate change takes shape through the visionary creations of denunciation by artists committed to building a new human awareness. At the Achille Forti Modern Art Gallery, the protagonist will be the artist Giorgio Andreotta Calò, author of the guiding image of the great national event promoted by AMACI – Association of Italian Contemporary Art Museumsas well as the Remote project, conceived for the Verona Civic Museums and winner of PAC2020 – Plan for Contemporary Art.
Banksy’s journey to the stations of Italy will stop in Verona until 30 October 2022 with the exhibition “The World of Banksy – The Immersive Experience”. In Verona a photographic exhibition dedicated to the history of Libya
“The Italian occupation of Libya. Violence and colonialism 1911-1943“ is the topic at the center of the photographic exhibition, promoted by the University’s Radici Rights Group in collaboration with the Veronese Institute for the History of the Resistance and the Contemporary Age, with the patronage of the University of Verona, aimed at citizens and in particular to students of the university and middle schools of Verona and its province. The exhibition will be set up in the cloister of Santa Maria delle Vittorie and will remain open from 16 September to 8 October.
Meantime # 3 – Meanwhile

An exhibition dedicated to the master of stamps Gaetano Rizzo
Through a series of finds that he used to teach, Gastone Rizzo, the master of postage stamps, returns to his homeland in Verona. The colors of the soul
The personal exhibition of Athos Faccincani is called “The colors of the soul” set up in the Historic Building of Piazza Catullo 1 in Peschiera del Garda from 24 September to 31 December.
The Artericambi gallery presents “Ex voto”, the first posthumous exhibition of the artist Delfina Marcello set up in the gallery spaces. In Verona the National Archaeological Museum
The National Archaeological Museum of Verona has inaugurated the section dedicated to Prehistory and Protohistory, from the Paleolithic to the Bronze Age, 200,000 years of history of the Verona area. The museum is open to the public from 10 am to 6 pm on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. 200 thousand years of history preserved in the new National Archaeological Museum of Verona which sees the displacement, with other treasures, of the “Shaman”, perhaps the oldest human figure in the world.
“Passions and visions” at the Gallery of Modern Art in Verona
The story of the birth of the Achille Forti Gallery of Modern Art told in a new exhibition of over 150 works. Ancient vases at the Archaeological Museum
The charm of the Etruscan bucchero on display at the Archaeological Museum at the Roman Theater.
