The Port of Sept-Îles contributes to improving the working conditions of the people of Jardin Bois-Joli
The Bois-Joli stream community garden in Ferland Park needed the support of the economic community to keep its competent employees over the long term. The Port of Sept-Îles responded by paying a financial contribution of $15,000 over three years.
The new partnership concluded between the Bois-Joli Creek Garden and the Port of Sept-Îles directly aims to improve the working conditions of staff to ensure better attraction and retention of resources.
“In order to achieve its mission and objectives, the Garden needs the support of local businesses. We are sincerely grateful to the Port Authority for their openness,” comments Garden Director Marie-Ève Desrosiers.
