No surrender members for judge after prostitution of Dutch woman | Brussels
EvereThree members of the motorcycle club No surrogate and the marriages of one of them have had to answer to the Brussels criminal courts because they have a Dutch spouse to prostitute themselves. The Brussels public prosecutor’s office for storage from 2 to 4 years.
The ball started rolling when the victim called the police on July 1, 2021, saying she was a victim of human trafficking and prostitution in a flat in Evere. On the occasion of the search for the investigators that in 2014 she was the ‘property’ of Elhassan A., a man who was first a member of motorcycle club Satudarah but then joined No Surrender and became ‘captain’ there. That would have her to prostitute herself in Germany, later at the request of Herman B., ‘Gold President at No Surrender, first to Maaseik and then to Zwolle to prostitute there.
Witness Protection Program
At the end of June 2021, the woman would have ended up in Brussels, where she eventually called the police. “In Zwolle, she had already gone to the police to file a report, and she had been included in a witness protection program, but under pressure from the motorcycle had got out again,” said the prosecutor’s office. “In Belgium, she was accompanied by Pag-Asa and she in a secret location, but Elhassan comes in contact with her via Instagram, later she found that secret location and returned to the Netherlands.” According to the park, there are some nuances to the story first told to the police, but there is evidence to speak of human trafficking, exploitation of prostitution, and an organizational organization. For example, the victim had a tattoo on her neck with the initials and date of birth of Elhassan A., in motorcycle club circles ‘proof’ that she was his ‘property’. That A. had also rented the apartment in Ever where the woman was found, and from telephone research it was that the woman had to hand over all the money she earned, and that her doings were checked.
retaliation
The public prosecutor demanded a year in prison against Elhassan A., four years in prison against Herman B., 30 months in prison against his wife Maria S., and 2 years in prison against Kevin P. and B. was brought to Brussels from Zwolle. Kevin P., A. and Herman B. were not yet improved from three to four years by the Antwerp corrective body on 28 June last for violations of the arms law and participation in an international organization. Finally, five members of No Surrender, including P., were arrested heavily armed in Antwerp in May 2021. Presumably they planned to retaliate against someone who had harmed the club. A. and B. were seen in that process as principals for that retaliation.
In love
That was addressed to his lawyer Friday, beginning to plead for his clients a suspension, or a suspended sentence. “In any case, he is not a leading figure in this file, that is clearly Elhassan A,” it sounded. “My client is not a leading figure in No Surrender either, that title of ‘Gold President’ is an acknowledgment of his mandatory service, no more. He has no more towards the club, and has even broken the obligation of secrecy that prevails within the club to pass in this file. Also note that the victim has already entered such a protection program five times, and has returned to prostitution each time. She clearly has a certain crush on Elhassan A. Is there still compulsion?” A suspended sentence was also requested for Maria S.: “As a woman, she had nothing to say in that motorcycle club. She brought the victim with her husband to Brussels, but that is her only role in this file.” The verdict is set for November 4.
