On Teacher’s Day, the competition “Look, this is Russia!” was launched. Senator Rimma Galushina believes that the Yakut project develops the citizenship of schoolchildren, and is also a deeply patriotic practice.
The competition is being held for the third time. More than 35 thousand schoolchildren from all regions of Russia became its participants. This year, the Federation Council, represented by Rimma Feodorovna, joins the Organizing Committee of the Competition.

The exchange of video postcards about the small homeland of the high formation of a sense of patriotism among the soldiers, the formation of attachment to the entire multinational culture of our country, the traditions of their ancestors and parents. In addition, the project reveals the creative possibilities and creative skills of young people as a result of exploring their homeland.

For the first time, the contest “Look, this is Russia!” was held in 2020 at the initiative of Yakut schoolchildren and with the support of the head of the republic, Aisen Nikolaev.
We remind you that the number of participants can become a student from 6 to 18 years old (from 1 to 11 grades). This year, the collection of applications takes place from October 5 to November 13 on the competition website. Teams of five people are registered: they must shoot a video for a specific region and post it on the site.
