Rally Casinos do Algarve hosts the Portuguese Cup
The race passes through the municipalities of Lagoa, Lagos, Monchique and Portimão
Rally Casinos do Algarve, one of the oldest events on the national rally calendar, is back, hosting this time, like the 2014 edition, the Portuguese Rally Cup, continuing however, outside the Portuguese Championship of the modality.
Competitors coming from the different rally championships, under the aegis of the Portuguese Automobile and Karting Federation (FPAK), have the possibility to fight each other for a common trophy, so being an event, it can be the search for the only one desired. , absolute and by category.
The competition will take place on the 12th and 13th of November in the municipalities of Lagoa, Portimão, Lagos and Monchique, having as its headquarters the Hotel Algarve Casino and the assistance park and closed park at the FATACIL grounds in Lagoa.
The action with a qualifying classification for all competitors, which will start the starting order for the first section, the first passage through Portimão. Competitors will repeat this one and then head to Lagos for the usual nighttime Super Special.
The following day, riders and machines will face the challenge of the mountains, with two passes through the classifications of Chilrão and Monchique, ending the competitive side with a Super-Special of Portimão held next to the Salgueiro Maia roundabout.
The consecration of the Rally Casinos winners of the Rally Casinos will take place on the podium located at the Hotel Algarve Casino, in Praia da Rocha.
As has been the custom in previous editions, the mobile event can be followed on the social networks of Clube Automóvel do Algarve (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter), and an online radio to accompany the event is even produced, with television coverage.
Rallye Casinos do Algarve is organized by Clube Automóvel do Algarve (CAAL), under the aegis of the Portuguese Automobile and Karting Federation, with the support of Solverde Casinos and Hotels, the municipalities of Lagoa, Lagos, Monchique and Portimão, as well as Medronhito do Caldeirão.
