Metropolis of Lyon. What agglomeration tomorrow? First public meeting this Monday in Vénissieux
Quality of life, environment, housing, economy, travel: what are the priorities to be defined, the projects to be imagined in order to live better in the Lyon conurbation? This is the question that will be asked of all residents as part of the revision of the Territorial Coherence Scheme (Scot) for the Lyon conurbation. The Scot defines how our living space will develop over the next 20 years. For example, it determines where housing will be developed, it identifies the natural and agricultural areas that must be preserved, the type of commercial offer to be prioritized, the places of economic development, the mobility to be promoted, etc.
The future Scot defines a project for the territory over a 15-20 year horizon, taking into account new ones, some of which are legal obligations such as the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions, energy consumption or natural and agriculture, for example.
