Driving in the wrong direction, he is followed by the police before attacking them
The security forces turned on their flashing lights and followed their man, who ended up stopping a few meters further. The driver then got out of his vehicle and, furious, ran towards one of the police officers before throwing him against the hood of one of the cars. The individual also allegedly knocked the official to the ground and strangled him.
The companion prevents the arrest
The officer taken to task even received numerous punches in the ribs. A police source indicates that the attacker allegedly shouted “I’m going to kill you” to the policeman. The latter managed to recover, but could not challenge the individual. His girlfriend intervened.

A crew arrived as reinforcements to control the troublemakers. The motorist was handcuffed and taken into custody, where he denied the charges against him. He was expected to be tried in immediate comparison on Friday in Béthune. As for the attacked agent, four days of ITT were prescribed to him.
