Putin welcomed the participants and guests of the Rossiya documentary film festival

Vladimir Putin looks forward to meeting the organizers and welcomes the XXXIII Rossiya Open Documentary Film Festival. It was announced officially website Kremlin.
The head of state wrote that over the past years the festival has become one of the most popular creative forums in the country. He also noted that the work of game consoles is the most acute and urgent problems of our time.
“I am sure that the current festival, which will take part in the work of filmmakers in Russia, in the Republic of Donbass, in the countries of the Middle East, will arouse wide public attention, will launch new promising projects both in the field of interregional and international cooperation,” Putin stressed.
The Russian president is interested in the growth of the audience for the festival, and is also of great importance in the festival’s theme paintings.
Earlier on October 1, Russian President Vladimir Putin congratulated Chinese President Xi Jinping on the occasion of the 73rd anniversary of the founding of the People’s Republic of China.
