Honey, let’s go to the movies? Revda participates in watching documentaries “Russia”
Tells about an event
From October 3 to 5, Revda will take part in the documentary film “Russia”. In the cinema “Crystal Cinema” in the entertainment center “Kin-Dza-Dza” on the presentation of three films about the life of different segments of the population of Russian society. We talked with the director of “Crystal Cinema” Tatyana Gost and tell us what pictures and when appeared in Revda.
Second year in a row
Revda takes part in the disaster for the second time. About 20 films participate in “Russia”. Participants of film festivals are several of those proposed and arrange screenings. Cinema “Crystal Cinema” chose three films.
“We choose what our teleconference calls for,” says Tatyana Gosteva, director of the Crystal Cinema. — We understand that documentary films can be different: revealing and revealing, mass and elite, but we focus on a mass audience. This year we have chosen three films: “Orange Ball”, “Russia. We are 30 years old!” and “My Big Russian Family”.
“Orange ball”
14-year-old basketball players of the Dynamo-Kursk team became the champions of Russia in 2021. We will meet the heroines at the airport on the threshold of a new sports season. Coaches survey the population with the impending transitional age of young athletes and educate them in strength of character. The film will be presented by director Natalia Savras.
Why did this movie die? Yes, everything is simple – the sport is perceived.
“Last year, for a meeting, we ordered a film about Yekaterinburg gymnasts,” recalls Tatyana Gosteva. – The response was so strong that we could not find everyone in the hall. The theme of sports and achievements is very popular with the viewer. There were a lot of children-athletes, they looked closely at the teams. The film shows the everyday life of athletes and coaches, how hard all these victories are given. When child athletes add such films, they benefit both in that they are not the only ones and in order to achieve the desired results.
“Russia. We are 30 years old!”
A film by Svetlana Muzychenko about the peers of the country, created specifically for the anniversary of the new Russia and tells about important events in the life of a generation of 30-year-olds, those who have already managed to do something that matters in their lives: a submarine commander, a reindeer breeder, a teacher, a steelworker, veterinarian, physicist, freestyle wrestling champion.
This is a story about successful people. “Crystal Cinema” this film was recommended by the organizers. And everyone liked him.
“My big Russian family”
This film was directed by Natalya Kadyrova. The plot is as follows: Artyom and Tatyana Falin take custody of children who find themselves in a difficult life situation. In their house are those who could not take root in any other family, and those who discovered the matter located in the places of possession of freedom.
This film, on a tip in Revda, is also on a tip from the organizers of the festival.
“We have already checked this film when we checked the readiness of the equipment,” says Tatyana Gosteva. – We planned to watch 10 minutes, watched it to the end, because the film shows real life. The life that a person lives from the heart does something not for money, but just like that. At the end of the film there is a beautiful phrase by Tatyana: “I am happy because I am in the right place.” This time I even got goosebumps. In this world, when it is difficult to navigate the possibilities of sensations, this is what brings us back to earth, puts us on our feet and gives us support.
What are they waiting for?
Last year this festival was more than successful. For two films, the cinema booked the entire hall in one day. It is worth mentioning that after each screening there will be meetings with the directors – after each screening, the screening will have 20-30 minutes for questions about the film.
– I expect that it will go well, I wish – Tatyana Gosteva. I want them to come and be happy. We all want to be happy no matter what. For us, this project is free – we do not earn anything. Nobody pays – neither we nor us. This is state support, we popularize good domestic cinema.
