The oldest film festival “Russia” can be considered a film by a Ural director — Global City
The documentary film festival “Russia” starts in Yekaterinburg. At the opening of a painting by the Ural studio “Snega”, dedicated to the Russian emigration.
Film screenings will begin in the Ural capital on Saturday, October 1. After the ceremony, the spectators of the human personality watched Pavel Fattkhudinov’s documentary “Finding the Motherland”. The tape was filmed by the Snega studio. It is dedicated to the Russian emigration in Harbin and Shanghai, as well as the subsequent return to Russia.
“The film presents the heroes who came from China, having suffered in exile, who came with a sense of master’s involvement in the life of the country,” the director describes the tape.
The opening of the oldest documentary film festival is held at the “House of Cinema” at 11:00. The screening will take place in the transformation of the former Salyut cinema. Start – at 18:00.
