Miscellaneous – Justice | Marseille: he pulls out a knife but falls on the police
It’s the kind of boarding that, in Marseille, usually ends with a honk and a middle finger. When it’s not a stab wound. But on Wednesday evening, this frustrated driver having to slow down when approaching a pedestrian crossing suffered a solid comeback from karma.
Around 7 p.m., two men peacefully cross Boulevard de Dunkerque (2nd) in front of a car that has stopped to let them pass. When suddenly, another vehicle changes lanes and tumbles at full speed on the protected passage.
The two pedestrians, who fail to waltz in the air, yell at the car which stops just as suddenly a few meters further on. While they expect a my culpa, passers-by suddenly knew that the driver was approaching them displaying a knife. But obviously, the driver did not understand that he is right in front of the police station of the Bishop’s Palace, and that at this hour, it is not uncommon to see police officers crossing civilians.. .
The two pedestrians then shout “Police” and show off their service weapon. The young man who then understands his mistake plunges back into the passenger compartment and flees. But his description is immediately transmitted by the officials to their colleagues on patrol. Shortly after, a crew from the Bac Nord spotted the driver near Micocouliers (14th). Aged 22, he was arrested and taken into custody.
