Haute-Savoie. The High Five Festival is launched in Annecy
Thursday September 29, at the Imperial Palace in Annecy, the organizers of the 12e edition of the High Five Festival had pulled out all the stops for the launch of the “Cannes ski festival”. A nickname that will now have to be put in the closet, since the event opens up to all mountain sports practices.
It is the will of Hadrien Durand, the conductor of this edition, who replaces Gaylord Pedretti (present this Thursday evening), creator and essential figure of the High Five.
But it’s also been a long time since the autumn rendezvous left the dark rooms, with demonstrations, initiations, open-air cinema, concerts, shows, etc.
On stage, the new organizers had planned a few surprises, starting with comedian Djimo, who gave a taste of his show on Saturday evening. Antoine Dénériaz, regional councilor, Martial Saddier, president of the Haute-Savoie Departmental Council or Cédric Georges, new president of the Outdoor Sports Valley, took the floor in turn to express their pleasure in being a partner of this event. which has become essential over the years.
Three days of celebration in Annecy
Fabien Maierhofer and Enak Gavaggio chained themselves by presenting the prize for the best short film as well as that of the best “high buzz” before the Olympic champion Tess Ledeux succeeded them. Beautiful people on stage and in the room, to launch in a beautiful way the three days of celebration which are looming almost everywhere in Annecy.
