Purchase of a commercial property in Hohenbrunn
In Hohenbrunn in the district of Munich, Cilon has acquired a commercial property with a total of 7,500 square meters of rental space for a group of German investors. The multi-tenant property in the Riemerling commercial area (Otto-Hahn-Str. 11), which was built in the early 1970s and has been expanded several times, offers production, storage and office space and is rented out in small parts. The property has significant potential for value creation due to age-related renovation measures, the necessary upgrading of the currently around 2,500 square meters of vacant space and its re-letting. Inproreal brokered the transaction. Ashurst and Ebner Stolz provided legal advice.
