“Azimut” develops air communication from Bashkiria – South and North Caucasus |
Rostov-on-Don. September 29th. Interfax-South – Azimuth Airlines is developing an improved air service from Bashkiria, the airline’s press service reported.
The development of air transportation was discussed during the meeting between the head of the republic, Radiy Khabirov, and the chairman of the aviation council, Pavel Udod.
Khabirov noted the high interest in foreign flights, in particular, the positive dynamics of the tourist flow to Bashkiria from other regions of the Russian Federation.
“Azimuth is our strategic partner in the field of air transportation. We are interested in opening new flights from Ufa. We see good potential for the development of the aviation industry and are ready to implement new projects,” said Khabirov, whose words are used in the region.
“In terms of traffic, we are among the top ten developing countries.
Khabirov proposed Azimut’s proposal together with the Ministry of Transport of the Republic and tour operators in order to unlock the potential of international cooperation in Samarkand, Minsk and Tel Aviv.
Azimuth is based at the airports of Rostov-on-Don, Krasnodar and Mineralnye Vody.
