Industrial Holešovice and modern art
The walk of industrial Holešovice is planned for the last day of September, Friday 30. In addition, the walk begins right in the heart of Holešovice’s artistic scene, in the Center for Contemporary Art DOX, whose past and present will be introduced by Anežka Horáčková.
Two walks are prepared for film lovers. The one focused on world production is produced on Wednesday, October 5, and the one behind Czech classics on Wednesday, October 19. Both successful graduate of film production at FAMU Jana Kimlová. He will take the participants to places they know from their favorite movies or series.
With the poet around the corners of Karlín and Žižkov
The inspiring side of the capital will be presented on Wednesday, October 12, by the officially appointed poet of the city of Prague, Vít Janota. The founders of the new Bistro Točna will present the concept of a new community center on the former Spartakiad turnstile and will also introduce life next to the largest sports stadium, a large part of which is, for example, the Strahov dormitories and their legendary Club 007.
In short, even Vršovice, which is often overshadowed by neighboring Vinohrady, will not come. On Wednesday, October 26, representatives of the cultural center Vzlet will share what is happening in her district. In addition to tips on places with great coffee or wine, there will also be a rich cultural and social program.
