New trio for Merkle: – We are very proud
The Dentsu agency Merkle saw the light of day in 2021 and is led by former Isobar boss Michael Legendre. The company specializes in customer experiences and had a turnover of over DKK 40 million in its first year of operation.
Now the team is being strengthened with three new hires.
– We have experienced great demand and growth over the past year. Our biggest challenges have been being quick enough to meet the growing demand, says Michael Legendre.
– We work within several professional areas, such as data, technology, strategy and creativity. The complexity of the subject means that we need different skills. We are very proud to be able to recruit such competent people as Pål, Marie and Thea.
Paul Machulla is employed as a new creative director. He has experience from Funcom, Telenor, DNB and Schjærven, among others.
– This job makes a lot of sense to me. Merkle as a company has long been a leader in digital transformation, and shows extreme competence in all areas required to create good customer experiences. Being able to work creatively on top of data, analysis, technology and organizational capabilities gives a lot of scope to help brands succeed across its customer surfaces, says Machulla.
Marie M. Venås has started at Merkle as a content producer. She comes from Tenk byrå, where she was co-owner and worked as a content producer and graphic designer.
– Merkle has the nicest people and together with exciting customers and a great professional environment under Dentsu, it felt right to have reached the stage. I am looking forward to learning from the best and being allowed to develop new creative ideas and concepts together with our customers, she says.
Thea Klem Storm-Paulsen is employed as a project manager. She has years of experience at the intersection between creativity and technology in companies such as Visma and Wunderman Thompson.
– I have been well received by talented and pleasant colleagues and I am working on several exciting projects. After a few years in Copenhagen, I am happy to be back in Oslo and very happy to start in Merkle. Here, I have good opportunities to further develop myself and geek out on the project manager profession. I am very used to the direction Merkle is heading, she says.
