The “Russian world” is a totalitarian ideology, inhuman and cruel, and it cannot win in Ukraine. Russia should bear international responsibility for its cases in Ukraine.
On this occasion, during the opening in Warsaw of a two-week OSCE conference on human rights activities, organized by the Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR), the acting head of the Council, Polish Foreign Minister Zbigniew Rau, said, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
As Rau notes, Russia’s brutal and unjustified aggression against Ukraine undermined the idea of world coexistence of states in European transport. He recalled that Russia is a global humanitarian law, a human right, and it has been dealing with the international humanitarian crisis in Europe since the end of the Second World War.
The head of Polish diplomacy noted that the security architecture in Europe was destroyed, “undermined the optimistic, but naive hope that the 21st century is the beginning of global cooperation and coexistence of societies between states and states.”
“Bucha, Mariupol, Izyum testify to the consequences of terrible crimes. This is associated with the use of torture, raped people elected in their homes, on the streets of the cities of their country. We must remember this and this case,” Rau said.
He insists that “such a country cannot be among civilized states.”
“Criminal conscripts drafted into the army who do not observe discipline, there is no control over surveillance, do not deserve the slightest visit from our side. How is it possible for the nation that gave birth to Pushkin, Lermontov and Tchaikovsky, so that it degrades so much and returns to the traditional aggression of tsarism and Bolshevism? Rau stated.
The head believes that this kind of disrespect for human freedom, freedom of one’s own choice, which is currently the property of Russia, is “the main principle of the totalitarian regime.”
“Totalitarian ideology is what is struck when we talk about the “Russian world”. Followers of the “Russian world”, I want to tell you: your “world” is inhuman and cruel. No political action has made us agree with countless approaches. Ukraine does not want this either. For the cases that you have lost, you are going, ”the head of Polish diplomacy said in a statement.
As you know, since February 24, Russian securities has a full-scale aggression against Ukraine.
