Around noon, Sunday September 25, 2022, the attention of a municipal police crew patrolling the area was provided by a crowd at the Jules-Guesde market, which is traditionally held on the eponymous alleys each week in Toulouse.

Once there, the municipal police separated a man and a woman, who were venus to the sector.

After inappropriate gestures, he rubs against her

Aged 45 years old, the woman explained that she had been the victim of “inappropriate gestures” by this individual, who then rubbed at her. Arrested by the municipal police, the man, aged 78 years old, was taken to the central police station in Toulouse.

According to police sources, the victim filed a complaint for sexual assault and the suspect was taken into custody. Before the national police investigators, the septuagenarian admitted the facts, and was summoned for a subsequent comparison in court.
