Figures from IMSEE in Monaco
IMSEE statistics show that in the Principality, only 27.9% of positions on the board of directors are held by women. At the global level, we learn that women senior managers are under-represented in strategic functions (as opposed to support functions such as human resources).
Another observation revealed by the study: the larger a company, the more rungs there are to climb and the more a woman is likely to remain stuck at one of these rungs.
