Henstedt-Ulzburg. The soccer players of SV Henstedt-Ulzburg passed the first real stress test in the regional league. Against Hannover 96, the protégés of SVHU coach Christian Jürss were twice behind, both times out and still won 3:2 (1:1). After the fourth win in the fourth game, the second division relegated remains together with Hamburger SV the only team with a clean sheet.

“Today it was a victory of will and a strong character performance,” said Jürss in full praise of his team. “But it was also the expected difficult game against a good opponent.”
0:1 falls out of nowhere
In terms of football, the Henstedt-Ulzburg women were the better team for around 75 minutes and hardly allowed the opponents any chances in the first half. Henstedt-Ulzburg’s goalkeeper Milena Vanselow still had to fumble a long-range shot out of the net. Franziska Häckel (8th) had shot from 25 meters, the ball dropped behind the SVHU clerk to make it 1-0. A literally “gate out of nowhere”.

The Henstedt-Ulzburg women then pushed for an equalizer, but initially let it go due to determination and a lack of accuracy. But not after 31 minutes. Then finally the SVHU footballers were able to celebrate the compensation. Jennifer Michel had scored to make it 1-1 after a few minutes earlier she had failed to get past 96 goalkeeper Marta Frieling.
Hannover 96 takes a 2-1 lead
Even after the restart the same picture. SV Henstedt-Ulzburg seemed to get back into the game better, but it was the Hanoverians who scored the first goal. But this time with an announcement. First Milena Vanselow saved by foot, shortly afterwards 96 attacker Anna-Lena Füllkrug headed just over the goal. The third expected attack from the guests finally found its intended target. After mistakes made by Milena Eggers, Julia Dose was quickly able to cross to Anna-Lena Füllkrug, who aimed more precisely this time and sank the ball to make it 1:12.
Indra Hahn scores the winning goal
Again, the SVHU was chasing a deficit, but did so in the style of a real top team. The lead only lasted eight minutes. Dana Marquardt headed in to make it 2-2 (59 th ). It was to get even better. Goal scorer Indra Hahn (71st) scored the 3:2 with a low shot, which was threatened several times in the final phase, but was still there after the final whistle. Much to the delight of coach Christian Jürss. “That was the first of our real touchstones,” summarized Jürss, who immediately planned to look to the next task after the win: “Next week it’s off to the U20s of SV Meppen, who are still undefeated. We will be challenged there again.”
