On Sunday, representatives of Praha Sobě, Pirátů and the STAN movement met for the first time at the Prague municipality. “There has been no progress in negotiations, but we are certainly ready to negotiate further,” Prague Sob leader and Prague 7 mayor Jan Čižinský told Radiožurnál. The coalition Spolu (ODS, TOP 09 and KDU-ČSL) won the municipal elections in the capital ahead of ANO. Pirates led by outgoing mayor Zdenek Hřibe finished third, Praha Sobě fourth, STAN fifth and SPD sixth.

“I still think for Praha Sobě that it is necessary to create a negotiating block of STAN, Praha Sobě and Piráti. This is the only chance to fulfill our pre-election promises and create a coalition that will not depend on the votes of representatives connected to the Dosimeter case, prosecuted and crowned with cases,” said Čižinský.
During the post-election negotiations and the eventual formation of a coalition, Praha Sobě will not negotiate with the ANO movement. According to him, there is no point in even talking about the possibility of negotiating with the SPD.
The leader of the Spolu coalition, member of parliament and former mayor Bohuslav Svoboda (ODS) said that Spolu wants to act on the basis of government cooperation, i.e. with the Pirates and STAN. According to Svoboda, the Spolu negotiating team should meet with representatives of the mayors on Sunday evening like the Pirates on Monday.
Negotiation team
The Prague coalition Spolu (ODS, TOP 09 and KDU-ČSL) will negotiate with two members from each party. He will join them as the chief negotiator of the leader of the Freedom Party (ODS).
The coalition team was assembled based on the coalition agreement. In addition to Svoboda, it also includes the chairman of the Prague ODS and deputy Marek Benda and the vice-chairman of the national ODS and Prague representative Zdeněk Zajíček.

The meeting will be attended by Jiří Pospíšil, chairman of Prague TOP 09, and Michal Hroza, vice-chairman and deputy mayor of Prague 4 (TOP 09). Prague chairman Tomáš Kaplan and representative Jan Wolf (KDU-ČSL) were elected for KDU-ČSL.
On Sunday, Spolu representatives also selected the chairman of the Spolu municipal club, who is Zajíček. The vice-chairmen are Pospíšil and Wolf. The members of the club also decided that in the coalition negotiations they would first approach the parties with whom they are in a coalition at the national level, i.e. Pirates and STAN.
“After that, other political entities will be sought for programmatic breakthroughs,” said Lenka Mottlová, spokeswoman for the Prague ODS.
The coalition Together for Prague won the municipal elections in Prague this year, winning 19 mandates in the council, which has 65 members. ANO ended second with 14 mandates. The third Pirates will have 13 representatives.
Čtvrtá Praha Sobě has 11 mandates, five representatives will have STAN in fifth place. The sixth is the SPD with three mandates. 43.91 percent of voters took advantage of the election.
