The castle, which has gained a European reputation, also functions as a museum and gallery and has thousands of visitors every year. Jenő Bory, an architect and sculptor, spent 40 summers creating the Bory Castle in the Mária Valley near Székesfehérvár with his own hands, which today operates as a private museum. The building deserves a visit, because the artist did not work based on blueprints, but based on his imagination.
