Election 2022 | Prague – Benice: First election results, the only candidate group won
The residents of Benice are the first in Prague to know who will govern them in the upcoming election period. The winner is, just like four years ago, the group Benice – a place for a happy life, which was the only one located in the city district in the southeast of the metropolis for the elections reported. As in 2018, Benice became the first district where all votes were counted.
Benic residents voted to seven-member council. As in the past election period, the political group Benice – a place for a happy life will rule here. Electoral commissioners issued a total of 307 ballot envelopes to 510 eligible voters. In total, residents cast 1,685 valid votes.
The most successful is from the aforementioned grouping of the current representative Romana Vaňková, which voters gave 248 votes. The second place was taken by the deputy mayor Vladislav Mareš, who had ten less votes. The current mayor, Hana Karasová, received the fewest votes among the candidates who lost the council seats.namely 218. Benice – a place for a happy life nominated eight candidates, leaving Milan Jelen as the substitute.
