Cracow. Sławek Gawlik will run around Błonie around the clock. This is how he wants to raise funds for the Krakow orphanage
On Saturday, September 24, a concert will be held around Krakow’s Błonia Park. Sławek Gawlik – ultra-runner, former mountain cyclist and Polish representative wants to distance about 240 km in 24 hours, by collecting as much money as possible for sports equipment for the charges of the Center of Care and Educational Institutions “Parkowa”.
The challenge will last 24 hours, and it will be necessary to provide the athlete with approx. 240 kilometers! At the beginning, the arena of the struggle will be running places – an asphalt loop around Błonia Krakowskie or sharp springs: 3.5 kilometers and … 24 meters. The event will be accompanied on the website of the website of the Service Center with computer hardware, Parkowa Care and Educational Center in Krakow, psychological care from the very beginning and the creation of its facilities for children. At the moment, the Center takes care of a total of 90 children aged 0-18, who are temporarily or permanently absent from their parents.
