All-Russian festival-holiday of folk art “Together we are Russia!” first time in Kamchatka

It will be held from 14 to 18 September as part of the Year of Cultural Heritage of the Peoples of Russia.
Annual festival “Together we are Russia!” distributed in various regions in order to harmonize interethnic and interethnic relations, possible unity, support and dissemination among the population of various cultures and folklore of peoples living on the territory of the Russian Federation. This year the event will be held in Kamchatka for the first time. This was reported by the Ministry of Culture of the Kamchatka Territory.
“In the program of the festival-holiday: the procession of creative teams “Together we are Russia!”; street performance in the open area of Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky; concert performance of creative teams at the opening of outstanding crafts and folk art crafts “Ethnoworld of the phenomenon of the small peoples of the North, Siberia and the Far East”; traveling concerts in the cities of Yelizovo and Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky; presentation of the ethno-platform “Atynum”; gala concert of the All-Russian festival-holiday of folk art and tradition from the Bering to the Baltic Sea “Together we are Russia!”, the department added.
A bright event of the project “Together we are Russia!” holding the eastern outpost of Russia – the Kamchatka Territory. Live viewers will see the diversity of traditions and the multifaceted culture of the Kaliningrad region and the Kamchatka region.
The venues for festivals and holidays are the KGBU “Regional Art Museum”, the Drama and Comedy Theater, the ethnographic Itelmen camp “Aushin”, the ethno site “At Kutkha” on Lake Kultuchnoye, the KGBU “Kamchatka Regional Scientific Library named after. S.P. Krasheninnikov”, stele “City of Military Glory”.
Participants of the festivals are creative teams and well-known performers of various genres of folk art, specialists in the field of ethnocultural activities and folk culture, cultural and art workers, masters of arts and crafts, preserving the scope of artistic methods, as well as covering the areas of folk art of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation.
We add that the project is aimed at reviving and popularizing a separate community, joining interethnic cultural ties that form the culture and mentality of another people, the equal participation of each national culture in the chosen creative process.
