The Teatro delle Donne takes place at the Goldoni Theater in Florence: the three-year agreement stipulated between Maggio Musicale Fiorentino and Teatro delle Donne, seals a path strongly shared with the Municipality of Florence and the Tuscany Region, with the fundamental support of the CR Firenze Foundation.

This year, in fact, we decided to go back to setting up an opera: La finta Semplice with maestro Theodor Guschlbauer, directed by Claudia Blersch, soprano Benedetta Torre, the Soloists of the Maggio Musicale Fiorentino Academy and the scenes and costumes of the students of Professor Margherita Palli of the New Academy of Fine Arts in Milan (NABA). The inauguration of the residence coincides with the anniversary of the thirty ‘ years of the Women’s Theater. On September 16, Filippo Renda’s “The theory of the perfect number applied to the stories of socialist utopia” is staged for the first time (replayed on 17), the first text of a trilogy dedicated to the necessity of utopias, of dreaming of a better world and an alternative system to the current one of the wild consumption of resources and land. To celebrate the anniversary, a buffet is offered at the end of the show.
