Just as public life, the character of the streets and people’s expressions have been changing since the fall of 1968, something is also happening with Jen. How come his girlfriend, mom, classmates didn’t notice anything? … The evening sitting will have an exceptional atmosphere also because it is a so-called silent cinema. The audience will be given headphones, so they will get perfect sound and the projection will therefore not cause noise to their surroundings.

As part of the woodworking program, we will learn to recognize wood by its structure and we will talk about what types of wood are useful for. This knowledge can be used to make traditional tools and salt, such as a mallet, rake, wooden spoon, spoon, bowl or dice. International festival of circus and theater Letní Letná begins, Letenské sady will be filled with a festival atmosphere from August 11 to 31. The opening of the 19th year will be provided by Swedish audience darlings Cirkus Cirkör, who return with a new version of their hit Knitting Peace. Open to the general public for free in the form of a dazzling and fiery Propane Punk show. Artists from a total of 18 countries are heading to Letní Letná, including such foreign stars as the French legend of the field Johann Le Guillerm or the spirited Compañía de Circo “eia” ensemble from Spain. The Czech scene is opened by the AirGym Art Company with the premiere of NonSen(s), and new circus artists will present themselves in six solos. In addition to the marquee, the best of the new Czech circus will occupy 3 outdoor stages, where the festival will offer 8 performances for the public for free. The exhibition The next station: Chvalský zámek is an exhibition full of wheels and wheels, which will introduce you to various types of transport toys powered by a key-operated clockwork, a spring machine, an electric motor or a steam engine. The oldest exhibited toys come from the period of Austria-Hungary and the First Republic, younger exhibits from the 1950s to the 1980s. Children can look forward to horse-drawn carriages, mechanical cars, planes, ships, trams, buses, railway toys and military equipment. The range of transport toys will also include tanks, submarines and racing bugatti. Mothers and little girls will also be delighted by the historical doll carriages of various shapes and sizes. A big transport attraction will be the rides of historic trains on the electrified model of the railway station, which run exactly according to the timetable.
