Russia produces installation for the assembly of engines, automatic transmissions, ABS and ESP systems, airbags. 190 million rubles are allocated for this
The development of combustion engines and its components, as well as automatic transmissions, ABS and ESP systems, airbags and seat belts – all this is included in the list of priority components for protection in the Russian automotive industry, which is spelled out in the strategy for the development of the automotive industry of the Russian Federation until 2035. In total, it is planned that the volume of investments in the production of auto components by 2035 will amount to 190 billion rubles.
According to the project, in 2022 this figure will be 24 billion rubles, in 2025 – 125 billion rubles, in 2030 – 162 billion rubles. Investments in R&D by components in 2022 will amount to 10 billion rubles, in 2025 – 42 billion rubles, in 2030 – 68 billion rubles. In 2035, the figure should take 82 billion rubles.
Also on the priority list for detection are fuel equipment, an electric motor and related electronics, the main suspension elements, bodywork, and chips. As follows from the list of materials, the priority components are also assumed to be materials for the creation of cars (from special alloys and steel to polymeric materials for the fuel tank, to fabrics and for seats and steering wheel upholstery), paint and varnish materials.
“In connection with the consumption in 2022 of a sample of a number of imported consumption elements of increased consumption, for development is to support the increased consumption of auto components and materials, with an emphasis on the creation of derivative complex groups and systems. Currently, the Russian Federation has developed most of the first level electronic components (electronic control units) for especially rare goods, in particular electronic control units for ABS, ESP and airbags. At the same time, the Russian Federation does not have or has not mastered the mass production of an excess proportion of electronic components of the 2nd and 3rd levels, which is a barrier to a high level of environmental pollution.“, – exactly in the text of the strategy.
