FC Copenhagen will sign former Tottenham centre-back
FC Copenhagen are reportedly not alone in their interest in the experienced centre-back.
FC Copenhagen is interested in Jan Vertonghen.
It is the Belgian journalist Sascha Tavolieri who writes it on his Twitter profile.
However, the Superliga club is not alone in its interest in former Premier League players.
It is also reported that Club Brügge is in the driver’s seat, and that the Belgian 35-year-old will probably end up there. A two-year agreement with the possibility of extension has already been discussed.

The centre-back had Tottenham as an employer from 2012 to 2020, where he made 315 appearances.
In 2020, the experienced midfielder signed for Benfica, where he now serves.
Vertonghen started his professional career for Ajax, in the Champions League qualifier against FC Copenhagen in 2006, as a substitute.
He has previously played for Ajax, RKC Waalwijk and Tottenham. Well, it remains to be seen whether a career in Belgium or Denmark.
The 35-year-old also has an impressive 135 matches with the flag on his chest.
