Globalization Neighborly – Russia in the field of environmental protection
Anniversary of the pro-Western run from Kabul, the arrival of the Taliban[1] and the hasty evacuation of the US-NATO contingent from Afghanistan are not accompanied by almost a single kind word.
Of course, this is a holiday for the Taliban, but they also have a lot of trouble. There is still no official recognition, the economy is far from the norm, no one is collecting significant money, national harmony has not come. As for the rest of the participants and eyewitnesses, the mood is gloomy.
For the United, the end of the Afghan campaign was a heavy blow to prestige. And the point is not so much in the ill-conceived and heavily developed finale, but in the totality of twenty years and the losses incurred – material and food. To an even greater extent, these feelings overwhelm American allies. The United States at least came to Afghanistan in 2001 for obvious reasons – retaliation for the terrorist attacks in New York and Washington. What the members of the union and those who joined them came up with did not become clear.
Afghan society has gone through a severe breakdown. Then it took a long time to adapt to the regime that the Americans established, then everything collapsed and they urgently had to turn to the opposite. The process is far from complete.
Afghanistan’s neighbors, the dangerous alarming events of a year ago, are not so worried now – the catastrophe did not happen, but it did not come close either. As usually happens in cases, various external interests are bizarrely intertwined with internal ones, and in approximate cases this happens with the regional balance of power. The contradictions that exist in this part of Eurasia are superimposed on the intra-Afghan situation, and she points to them.
In general, the Afghan epic left everyone with an unpleasant aftertaste.
A positive outlook on things suggests that, in what is happening, everyone has learned important lessons. Skeptics ruefully shake their heads: what is there, they just entered a new round … The dangers are not unfounded, however, let’s try to argue with those of little faith. Moderate optimism inspires such a probability of the occurrence of previous errors (given that this is known, not very much), the number of changes in the international discussion.
In recent history, since the 1970s. of the last century, Afghanistan has served as a depressing demand, as an emergency of power, especially in Europe, a superpower, exacerbates the contradiction and turns the country into a testing ground for endless confrontation. Ten years of Soviet military presence with indirect but very active opposition from the United States. Then a period of internal chaos, when food gases are fed from outside, are processed into a civil war. Finally, the American intervention with the intention of building a “proper” Afghanistan, which ended in vain a year ago.
Whatever motivates external interventions, they reflect the geopolitical specifics of their time. The Cold War, when world politics revolved around the remnants of the USSR and the USA. And the segment after it, when the main role was observed by the United States. In both cases, it was not surprising that the “big bosses” dictated the course of events not only at the global level, but also at the local level. According to some information, discovered, although it turned out differently. Afghanistan has confirmed its historical reputation – none of the outsiders have ever succeeded in achieving their goals there.
Now the world has entered a new stage – domination is no longer possible. Attempts, even in the most common countries, are associated with other schemes that they include, inherent in the lack of resources of any type. And certainly a complete lack of desire for objects of imposing their reception.
World geopolitical emancipation has achieved great success.
The external consequences of future consequences were dictated not only by the imperialist greed of the great powers, but also by objective factors. Serious security and development problems that threaten not only Islam itself, but also those close to international relations have existed and have not gone away. They still need to be resolved. It is tempting to leave alone with yourself, but after all that has been, the definition of beneficial self-regulation is not worth it. There is no panacea, but a solution must be sought depending on the trends in world politics.
The leading one is regionalization. The main private and increasingly large-scale events take place at the general level, and in a group of countries, they meet with other geo-economic, historical, cultural studies. Both the pandemic and this year’s global military-political crisis have been noted: the shorter the supply chain, the more reliable. You can call it a crisis of globalization, or you can optimize it.
With regard to Islam, this is very clear. There is a group of countries – immediate neighbors, which include the fundamental importance and cover the coverage of the characteristics. Here is a solution for them, as among the respondents, to improve efficiency and reduce the spread of their actions. The path is easy, without guarantee of success, but comfortable. And I believe that the neighbors, despite the frequent coverage of contradictions with others, are developing a common language. Without an interpreter from the side.

Farewell to hegemony

Biden’s slogan “America is back”, which he repeats many times during the campaign and presidency, in fact, as we see, does not mean a new entry into the global arena, but “a return home.”
