San Settimio Fairs in Jesi, here are the safety plans: 37 necessary employees
JESI – About 36 thousand square meters of occupied surface, a maximum concurrent influx allowed of just under twelve people, the overall forecast of 37 security workers at least necessary in the time slot, from 17 to 22, considered more crowded. They are mine San Settimio Fairs seen from the perspective of recently approved safety plans.
The appointment as always on the dates of 23, 24 and 25 September, again also in corso Matteotti after that in the last two years, between the cancellation due to Covid in 2020 and the construction of the renovation in the next edition, the stalls had remained out of the voucher.
There are four differences in area iidentifies: pet fair and household items between campo Boario, piazzale San Savino and via Cascamificio; samples and catering operators between via Rosselli, via del Torrione, Piazzale dei Partigiani – Porta Valle and via Imbriani; clothing and costume jewelery fair in zone 3 from Costa Mezzalancia to via Mazzini, piazza Baccio Pontelli, piazzale Mezzogiorno; historical fair between corso Matteotti and the squares of the center. For each one, the floors establish the maximum number of people allowed and the number of employees required: 5 in the first for 1,838 people at the same time; 11 for zone 2, with a maximum of 3,907 presences; 5 in zone 3 every 1,983 people; in zone 4 16 employees for 4,053 visitors. A total of 37 units but outside the 17-22 range it is possible to reduce the total number by up to 50%.
For 25 September, the last day of stalls but also of the vote for electoral policies, measures for the electoral sections at Mestica in Piazza Federico II, to which access to vehicles for disabled voters must be guaranteed from the checkpoint at Porta Bersaglieri. On the other hand, disabled access to the seats in Vicolo Angeloni will be possible with the vehicle parking in via Mura Occidentale, and then pass either from the Porticello or from via Cavour and Corso Matteotti. In zone 1, the checkpoints in via Setificio and via Granita will have to allow access to those who must go to the Federico II school in piazzale San Savino to vote.
For the benches of Corso Matteotti, and the need not to dirty or damage the new flooring, the operators will be able to enter along the Corso in staggered stages with their respective vehicle, limited to the set-up and subsequent dismantling operations. Access of vehicles will be allowed with suitable wheel covers and the engine will be installed to prevent the release of oil. A guarantee against possible damages will be asked for a deposit. Operators who display goods that could damage the flooring are obliged to affix suitable protective sheets not only along the Corso but also in Piazza Pergolesi and Piazza Federico II.
Last year the Fairs were held with a considerable dependence of exhibitors compared to over 600 pre-pandemic: there were 460 places between, in the upper area, Piazza Federico II, Piazza Colocci, Piazza Ghislieri, Piazza Spontini, Piazza Innza, Piazza della Repubblica and, in the lower area, Costa Mezzalancia, Piazza Baccio Pontelli, Via Mazzini, Piazzale Mezzogiorno, Via Rosselli, Via Imbriani, Via del Torrione, Piazzale Partigiani Via Granita, Piazzale S. Savino, Via Cascamificio, via San Marino, via Lucagnolo, Campo Boario, via XXIV May, Costa del Montirozzo, via Setificio. Positions confirmed for 2022 with the addition of the return of the entire Corso Matteotti and the exclusion of Piazza Colocci and the space at Palazzo dei Convegni, kept free for the eventual holding of electoral events
