new antivax posters plastered in Toulouse causing controversy
Réinfo Covid continues to cover private billboards in Toulouse (Haute-Garonne) with Covid 19 anti-vaccine messages. At least one new poster on vaccination in children is visible in the pink city. The order of doctors claims to have alerted the prefecture of the subject.
“1 cardiovascular accident for 100 injections: the health of our children is better than experimental vaccines“. This is what can be read on a poster, plastered on a billboard at 12 chemin d’Audibert in a private residence, opposite the elementary school Ernest Renan, in the Trois Cocus district, in Toulouse.
This poster is the work of the self-proclaimed Independent Scientific Council, a collective opposed to vaccination against Covid-19 due to negative side effects (the correlation of which has not been scientifically proven).
At the beginning of July, a first poster had been seen on Boulevard de l’Embouchure, near the Canal du Midi. Others seem to have been presented elsewhere in the Pink City, such as in Jolimont according to some internet users.
But these messages pronouncing the harmful effects of vaccination are not without shocking and challenge health professionals. The general practitioner of Fronton protests on Twitter and calls on the town hall to punish “this false communication“.
What the doctor and adviser of the College of Physicians Stéphane Oustric replies that he has seized the prefect about this issue.
Contacted in July by France 3 Occitanie, the town hall of Toulouse had already replied that it could not intervene, the posters being posted on panels located in the private domain, but had assured to seize the legal service for more information.
