To your resume! family sphere launches a major campaign recruitment Fr France, 10,000 positions are to be filled as of September. A ToulouseMarie-Claude Montrozier, director of the local agency, is looking for at least 20 to 30 nonous to take care of children at home from the start of the 2022 school year.
We come to the parents to look after the children. We can take care of bringing the children to school, picking them up at school or at the crèche. We do this every day of the week, from Monday to Sunday. When the crèche is closed, we can look after the children all day”, specifies Marie-Claude Montrozier.
Children welcomed from an early age
Contacted by The Independent OpinionMarie-Claude Montrozier talks about the qualifications she is looking for in future nannies at family sphere. Experiences with children, diplomas or availability, the director has specific requests:
So we need serious and responsible people, who have a sense of commitment because when you make a commitment to a family to pick up a child, you have to go pick it up. You can’t forget a child.”

family sphere takes care of children from infancy. To gain the trust of parents, Marie-Claude Montrozier accepts people with qualifications but above all experience because the company’s philosophy is “to offer quality to parents”:
For those who look after babies, they have early childhood qualifications but above all experience. Because we, what we essentially want, are people who have experience with children that we can verify. That is to say that we will call the parents, the former employers to find out how things are going. It even goes beyond the diploma. In any case, we never send people to families who have never looked after children of the age they need to look after.
To complete her teams, the director of the Toulouse agency offers permanent contracts “essentially” part-time. 20 to 30 people are wanted in Toulouse. A margin of maneuver is thus given because “Some will be very available and we will be able to assign several families to them, others less, so they only have one family or a small guard”.
Marie-Claude Montrozier also specifies that the guards are “often regular” and that family sphere “always try to put the same person in them”. But she obviously wants to adapt as much as possible to the schedule of her employees in a “fairly flexible” way.
We offer intermittent part-time permanent contracts, which allows employees to be paid for the hours they work, if they work more they will be paid more, which is normal. It is according to their availability.
Permit not required
In the latest qualifications sought, Marie-Claude Montrozier specifies that:
The permit is not compulsory but for certain missions you need vehicles. If there are any that are conveyed, it’s the rare pearl, we don’t have many. But there are still a lot of missions where you can get around by public transport too”.
Because the business sector of family sphere is focused on Toulouse. Note that missions are more often offered at the end of the day, but there are also some at the start of the day. The little extra: training is also allocated by family sphere for future nonous to review the basics of the work.
