A car registered in Luxembourg is involved in a murder case in Belgium. The Belgian authorities have launched an appeal for witnesses.
A Luxembourg-registered Skoda Scala has been implicated in a murder case in Belgium. The Belgian authorities have launched a call for witnesses at the end of April in the hope of collecting testimonies concerning the scene which took place in Molenbeek-Saint-Jean.
The Belgian federal police explain that the Skoda stopped next to a blue Nissan Note which is stationary in rue Dubois-Thorn on April 18, 2022 around 8:35 p.m. A passenger then exited the vehicle, armed, and entered the Nissan before opening fire on the occupant of the parked car. The author then fled on foot towards rue d’Osseghem. The car would have taken the same direction.
According to our colleagues from RTL Belgium, the victim was a young man aged 20.
An investigation has been opened to find the murderer and his accomplice. In this context, the Belgian authorities have launched an appeal for witnesses in the hope of finding people who may have witnessed the murder or who have information about it.
