There is another acquisition on the Czech market. Brno Unis Computers he buys his compatriot in the form of a company Accent. A traditional ICT supplier joins forces with a cyber security player.
Unis recently sold himself. Brno-based IT Solitea bought from him a 100% stake in the company Prytanis, which focuses on information systems for road transport, forwarding, logistics and passenger transport operators.
In 2020, Unis reached 234.1 million crowns with a profit of 20.9 million. Owned by Unis Petr Springer, Ladislav Chodak, Jiří Kovar AND Vítězslav Mach.
The company supplies customers such as Brno University Hospital, Kentico, Masaryk University, City of Brno, RWE Group and others. It focuses on the supply of communication technologies, storage, virtualization and other IT services.
Axenta had 42.9 million downloads in the first year, it contains more than 13.9 million less. However, sales of products and services grew by roughly 15 million, while sales of goods fell significantly. Profit after taxation reached 773 thousand.
Axenta in the Czech Republic and Slovakia supplies cyber security technologies and also provides its own SOC center. The Unisu offer will be supplemented by EDR, log management, SIEM, SOC and others. The shareholders were Chodák, Peter Jankovsky AND Lukáš Přibyl.
“From the perspective of Axenta’s employees, customers and business partners, the acquisition does not mean any change. The company will continue to be managed by the existing executive management and its operations remain unchanged. The price of the acquisition is not public,” the companies inform.
