Annecy Paysages: an open-air exhibition where military art for nature
All summer long, everyone can enjoyLandscapes of Annecy to discover works in the public space around the lake and in the Haute-Savoie city. With artists already programmed and other new ones.
Organized by Bonlieu-Scène nationale d’Annecy, Annecy Paysages delights with its inventiveness and its militant relationship with nature. On the program this year, 35 works are to be seen, including 16 new and 19 reinstalled from previous years or downright perennial as is the case with L’arbre Pourfendu, Implantations and La Haie d’honneur by Paul Verschueren.
Annecy Paysages, a festival to question the living, ecology and nature
An artist who presents a new creation, Like a cloud, still as poetic and enigmatic. We find a well-known artist in Lyon, the Korean Choi Jeong Hwa who (re)proposes his Breathing Lotus Flower, a 6-meter corolla that moves gently, but also the delicate Kokedamas by Judith Dumez and Elisha Joho Monnerat and many others artists to discover.
Indeed, even if the festival has reduced the veil since last year welcomed 42 proposals, there is still a space for commitment since all the artists question the living, ecology and nature! Not in an astonishing city nicknamed the “pearl of the Alps”, which has known how to combine heritage and nature since the Middle Ages!
