The Jacobina Kerkezou and Danae Giannoulis put on an impressive performance and won the bronze medal in the U-17 girls category.
There were eight races and the Greek athletes finished 5th, 4th, 37th, 4th, 4th, black flag, 5th, 5th, respectively. So with 64 penalty points they climbed to the third step of the podium and if they didn’t have her black flag in the sixth race they could strike at least the silver medal.
