AS Monaco have a replacement for Tchouaméni
Eliminated from the Champions League play-offs, AS Monaco must still have a competitive workforce. Philippe Clément was looking for a player to compensate for the departure of Aurélien Tchouaméni to Real Madrid. It is now chosen done. After several days of negotiations, the ASM formalized the arrival of Mohamed Camara. The 22-year-old midfielder has signed up for five seasons with the Rocher club. RB Salzburg have recovered around 15 million euros in the operation.
A fifth recruit for the Asemists
Mohamed Camara is young but already has a great experience of European football. Arrived in Austria in January 2018, he took the bottle through loans. He then won in Salzburg. Mohamed Camara was three times Austrian champion, and played 76 games for Salzburg, including European campaigns.

Mohamed Camara is the fifth signing of the Monegasques, after Takumi Minamino, Breel Embolo, Thomas Didillon and Malang Sarr. Paul Mitchell, the sporting director of ASM, has ensured that the team is getting stronger in all positions. Philippe Clément will now have to ensure that the chemistry takes hold and that the club remains efficient throughout this season.
