Firefighters were attacked in Paris, Saturday August 13 shortly before 10:30 p.m., during an intervention in a home for young foreign residents located at 20 boulevard Poniatowski (12th arrondissement), informed Le Figaro from a police source. Three firefighters were slightly injured. Their vehicle was also damaged.
The firefighters intervened to rescue one of the residents of this home, who suffered superficial injuries, when they were attacked and then attacked by other residents. The attackers were armed with fire extinguishers, pairs of scissors and even forks. The attackers were able to flee before the police arrived.

The three injured firefighters filed a complaint. An educator from the home, targeted by stabbing death threats, also filed a complaint. He intervened to try to calm the situation.
