“The only” Mozarabic Fair in Portugal is back in Lourosa (with videos) – Coimbra News
Belly dances, stilts and juggling, medieval music, sword fights, street entertainment and a fire show are part of the cultural program of this year’s Feira Moçárabe de Lourosa, in Oliveira do Hospital.

This Saturday, the Feira Mozarabic de Lourosa opened at 15:00. The highlight of the event is the “Fire Dragons Fire Show”, at 22:30.
On Sunday, the 14th, the Feira Moçárabe reopens at 10:15 am and the program includes a day full of music and street entertainment, with an emphasis on the Sword Fight, on Rua do Largo, at 5:30 pm. The fair closes at 7:30 pm with a last performance by all the artists, in Largo da Igreja, but the program extends to the neighboring village of Cabeçadas, where there are “Folguedos e Cantorias”, from 9:30 pm.
The Feira Moçárabe de Lourosa, organized by the Parish Council of Lourosa, with the support of the City Council, is assumed as a reference event in the municipality of Oliveira do Hospital.
