Exports of goods from childhood in Russia increased in June for the second month in a row
Export of products from the CIS countries in June amounted to 4.45 billion euros, wrote RBC with reference to foreign trade data of the European statistical office Eurostat. The volume of exports increased in May by 18% (3.78 billion euros). Exports rose for the second month in a row after falling to 2.78 billion euros. However, if it happens from 2021, it is still less (then it was 7.21 billion euros).
In exports by the exporter to Russia from the EU, Germany delivered goods worth 1.16 billion euros, +5.4% in anticipation from May. Italy is in second place: €532 million, +2.9%. The offer from Poland increased by about 1.6 times (up to €395 million), and by a third from the Baltic countries (up to €481 million), RBC noted.
According to the results of June, imports of industrial equipment from the EU grew by 21% in the near future, its amount approached 1.12 billion euros. At the beginning of last year, deliveries decreased by a third, but according to statistics or in March April 2022, they doubled. EU exports to Russia of pumps, centrifuges, dishwashers, fire extinguishers, agricultural machinery, food and beverage preparation equipment, and lifting equipment (including elevators) have increased, RBC learned from Eurostat information. The second major export item from the EU to Russia in the group trade section of the nomenclature was drugs: they were put on sale for 791 million euros. Deliveries of perfumes and cosmetics increased by 38%, to €108 million.
